Masterclass with Chef Santosh Shah

20 Nepali chefs and culinary enthusiast participated in two masterclasses with the award winning celebrity chef Santosh Shah. We facilitated this event with focus on our members from the hospitality sector by enabling those members to take part in learning directly from Masterchef Santosh Shah. The masterclasses were held on 1 December 2024 at Arjee Bhajee Restaurant, Christchurch and on 2 December 2024 at the Professional Business and Restaurant School (PBRS), Central Auckland
